Naturally customers are disappointed and possibly angry. This is sometimes due to misunderstanding and miscommunication between the client and the bridal house.
We are transparent with our client. It is our practice and policy to allow our clients to tell us what they desire and together we shall work out the most suitable package. For sure we treat clients with respect and honesty and ALL charges will be stated clearly for the clients approval before an agreement is concluded.
