We notice that many preschools are having difficulties organizing their year end graduation ceremony and concert event such as increasing cost for rental of bigger venues and other preventive costs mainly due to the new SOP set by the authority to minimize the spreading of the Covid 19 infection. And we received feedback from other preschools that this has caused some inconvenience in organizing their events and some even gave up. One of the solutions we recommend to them and hopefully it will be helpful to your school as well is to have a video live streaming service. Why live stream?
Live streaming allows your guests/parents to participate in your event from their own home, or conceivably any location where they have access to an internet enabled device. How does it work?
With the proper equipment, we are able to stream your event through platforms like Youtube or Facebook through the internet or to another television or projector screen in separate rooms. This will reduce the number of guests/parents confined in a space at once. They can now fully utilize the venue by spacing out and placing a television or a projector screen in appropriate locations within the venue. Not only that, guests/parents can also view the concert/event live in the comfort of their home through internet enabled devices like Smart TVs, laptops, computers, phones, tablets, and others.
