We just notice this. And good news to our dear friends who just had their ROM ceremony or planning so out there who doesn't realize this:

Do you know that you can actually get money if:
- You register your marriage in Selangor
- Within 3 months period after the ROM
- Both you and your husband was born in Selangor or has been residing in Selangor for more than 10 years
- Not more than 35 years old in age
